Registration Procedure

Workshop registration fee: 100 €.

Registration fee covers:

• Conference lunches
• Coffee breaks
• WIFI connection
• Conference Proceedings CD
• Letter of Invitation to the Workshop (If needed)

Optional fees:

Gala Dinner fee for attendees: 30 €
Gala Dinner for accompanying persons: 30€ / person

Refund Policy:

Full Refunds – More than 15 Days Notice
To receive a full refund, WTHS 2011 secretariat must receive written requests no later than 15 days prior to the first day of the conference.
Requests for refunds received later than 15 days prior of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitution Policy:

Registrants who can´t attend the workshop, will be able to be replaced by another person insted of asking for a refund.
